MY SPECIALTIES

Mood Disorders & Emotional Well-Being

Depression, anxiety, and mood instability can make everyday life feel overwhelming. I help clients navigate their emotions by exploring the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Using Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I support you in building emotional resilience, managing distress, and finding a path toward stability and sense of fulfillment.

Trauma & PTSD Recovery

Experiencing trauma can leave deep emotional wounds, affecting your sense of safety and trust. I specialize in working with PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), and dissociation, helping clients process difficult experiences in a supportive and structured way. Through a mentalization-focused approach, we work together to restore a sense of self, rebuild trust, and regain control over your life.

Personality & Relationship Challenges

Personality patterns shape how we think, feel, and connect with others. If you struggle with intense emotions, unstable relationships, or identity concerns, therapy can help you gain insight and develop healthier ways of relating. I work with conditions like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), providing a safe space to explore your experiences and strengthen your ability to understand yourself and others.

Self-Exploration & Personal Growth

Therapy isn’t just for crisis—it’s also a space for growth and self-discovery. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, career challenges, or a desire for deeper self-awareness, I offer guidance in uncovering patterns, clarifying goals, and building confidence. Together, we create a path toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Clinical Supervision

Supervision is a unique process that differs from consultation or therapy. Using the Learning-Based Model of Psychotherapy Supervision with a strong flavour of Mentalization-based treatment, I'm focusing on three domains of alliance building/ maintenance, educational interventions, and learning/relearning including a total of 15 factors that constitute each domain. That helps my supervisees to develop a 3D vision of the case formulation with the consideration of multiple factors, not just symptoms and disorders.

Training and Development

I offer professional trainings on the various topics around trauma and dissociative disorders treatment along with the training porgram for clinical supervisors.
